The Namasudra people of India need your prayers. They are trapped by many things, including poverty and caste. But, more than anything, they are trapped by fear and hopelessness. Very few understand the reality of God’s love for them. Please pray that this will change, and that God would bring all of the Namasudra people to the freedom and hope He alone provides. The people of Uzbekistan continue to face strict government restrictions on their faith and other freedoms. Each home is only allowed to have one Bible, and the Bible is only permitted if it is written in Russia—which is spoken and read well by only a fraction of the population. Many young people do not speak it at all. Please pray for the people and leadership of Uzbekistan, and for all of the ministries seeking to share God’s love and Truth with the people there. And, we need to pray for Niger as well, that God would protect it from being caught up in the wave of insurgency and terror that threaten it.
